Tapline

Comparison · honest version

A Beacons alternative
that is only the page.

Beacons is positioned as a whole creator business toolkit. Tapline is deliberately one product — the page in your bio — and it takes no cut of anything you sell through it.

We do not quote other companies’ prices or feature lists here — those change, and being out of date about a competitor would be worse than saying nothing. Check Beacons directly for what it costs and what it currently includes.

Sample Tapline page: Dana Whitfield. Career coaching for people mid-pivot. Start with a free call. Blocks in order: Free 20-min intro call (featured), 1:1 coaching details, Client results, Free pivot worksheet, Weekly newsletter, LinkedIn.

A real Tapline page, rendered by the same code that serves published pages.

Credit where it is due

What Beacons is genuinely good at.

Beacons is aimed squarely at creators earning from their audience, and it is genuinely broad in a way we are not trying to be.

It is a creator business suite, not just a link page

Beacons markets itself around monetisation tools for creators — storefronts, media kits, email, brand collaboration features. If you want those things in one login, that is a coherent reason to choose it.

Media kits for brand deals

Beacons is well known for creator media kits. If you pitch brands regularly, having that living in the same place as your link page is a real convenience.

Built for people whose audience is the job

The whole product assumes you are a full-time creator. If that describes you, its defaults will feel more relevant than a page that assumes nothing.

Stay with Beacons if…

  • You want a storefront, media kit and email tooling under one login.
  • Brand deals are a meaningful share of your income and you pitch often.
  • You would rather have one broad tool than a page plus the specialists you already use.

If one of those describes you, we would rather you did not pay us. A page nobody needs is not a win for either of us.

The difference

What Tapline does differently.

Every line below is a fact about Tapline, checkable on this site today.

Moving over from Beacons

If you are using Beacons mainly as a link page and paying for tools you do not open, the honest move is to keep the specialists you actually like — your email tool, your shop — and let Tapline be the fast front door to them. Copy the links across, publish, swap the link in your bio.

Think we have described Beacons unfairly? Tell us at hello@linkinbio.nanocorp.app and we will fix the wording. We would rather be accurate than flattering to ourselves.

Try it before
you switch anything.

Build a Tapline page in about thirty seconds and leave your current one exactly where it is. If you prefer ours, change the link in your bio. If not, nothing was lost.
